“TV Remote Control” (“Apps”) is developed and maintained by Apps Venture Inc., a company based in the USA. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our App. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy.
Your privacy is critically important to us. Your data is your own. We make no claims to it and will only use it according to the policies outlined below.
This privacy policy applies to all information collected through our mobile application and/or any related services, sales, marketing, or events (collectively referred to in this privacy policy as the "Sites").

Information Automatically Collected
In Short: Some information – such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics – is collected automatically when you visit our Apps.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Apps. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Apps, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Apps, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
Advertising Identifiers
When you use our app, we collect advertising identifier provided by your device’s operating system: (Identifier for Advertisers) on iOS 14+ devices, if you grant permission via Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency (ATT) framework.
These identifier allow us to serve interest‑based ads and measure ad performance via Google AdMob.
Information Collected Through Our Apps
In Short: We may collect information regarding your mobile device when you use our apps.
If you use our Apps, we may collect the following information:
Mobile Device Access: We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s network access. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
Mobile Device Data: We may automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device IDFV, model and manufacturer), operating system, version information, and IP address.
Information Collected from Other Sources
In Short: We do not collect data from public databases, marketing partners, and other outside sources.
2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.
We use personal information collected via our Apps for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests ("Business Purposes"), in order to enter into or perform a contract with you ("Contractual"), with your consent ("Consent"), and/or for compliance with our legal obligations ("Legal Reasons").
We use the information we collect or receive:
Ads & Monetization.We partner with Google AdMob to display in‑app ads. AdMob may use advertising identifiers (IDFA) and information about your interaction with ads to deliver personalized advertising and to measure ad effectiveness. To request feedback. We may use your information to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our Apps.
For other Business Purposes. We may use your information for data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, and improving our Apps, products, services, and user experience
3. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?
In Short: We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.
We may process or share data based on the following legal basis:

4.WHO WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH?
In Short: We only share information with the following third parties.
Mobile Analytics (e.g., Amplitude)
Performance Monitoring (e.g., Firebase Crash Reporting)
Google AdMob. We use AdMob to manage and display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use your advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, and app usage data. Google’s privacy practices are described at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Apple. If we receive a refund request for an in-app purchase, we may provide Apple with information about the user's in-app purchase activity. This could include details such as time since app installation, total app usage time, an anonymous account identifier, whether the in-app purchase was fully consumed, whether it included a trial period, the total amount spent, and the total amount refunded.
5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (e.g., tax, accounting).
6.USER CONSENT AND CHOICES
a) AppTracking Transparency
On iOS 14 and later, we will request your permission via Apple’s ATT prompt before collecting your IDFA and sharing it with AdMob or other third parties for tracking purposes. You can change your decision at any time by going to Settings > Privacy > Tracking and toggling tracking off or on.
b) European Data Protection
EU Consent for Advertising. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we will obtain your prior consent to process your personal data (including advertising identifiers) for personalized advertising. You may withdraw consent at any time via settings in the TV Remote app (Settings > Legal > Privacy Options)
c) United States Privacy Rights
Right to Opt‑Out of Sale or Sharing. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), users in California have the right to opt‑out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information, including advertising identifiers. To exercise this right, please visit TV Remote app (Settings > Legal > Privacy Options).
For all U.S. users, you may also enable “Limited Ad Tracking” in your device settings to prevent apps from using your advertising identifier for personalized ads.
d) Apple (user's in-app purchase activity)
You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at: support@appsventure.co.
7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect the security of your personal information, though we cannot guarantee the internet is 100% secure.
8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
We do not solicit data from or market to children under 18. By using our Apps, you represent that you are at least 18 or a parent/guardian consenting to your minor's use.
9. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: You have rights to access, change, or delete your personal information, depending on your location (e.g., European Economic Area).
If we rely on your consent to process your information, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time.
10. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS POLICY?
We may change this policy from time to time without prior notice to you. For this reason, we reserve the right to amend or update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update this Privacy Policy, we will also update the date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
We encourage you to review the latest version of this Privacy Policy. The new Privacy Policy will become effective immediately upon publication.
If you do not agree to the revised notice, you should alter your preferences or consider stopping using our Application. By continuing to access or make use of our Application after those changes become effective, you acknowledge that you have been informed and agree to the Privacy Policy as amended.
